Ask any questions y'all have on this challenge!

Rowan :) | 194 comments Hi, I noticed on your example that you now get 0 points for reading a book you’ve already read. Just wanted to check in about that- is that how many you get for rereading a book now?

That's actually the amount of points you always get for rereading a book. I had to correct your points for the October challenge. It was likely a detail you missed on the last challenge, which is fine. A lot of members get confused about that section

If you look at the example for the October challenge sign ups, you'll see the same point count:

https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

We actually haven't changed the amount of points at all.

Hope this answers your question 🙂

Nora Currie | 72 comments Hi! I just actually finished Romeo and Juliet yesterday, November 2, and I was hoping I could add it to one of the prompts as I have just signed up for the challenge and I was wondering if it would still count?

How does the challenge work? Will we be put into any teams?

Yep! Even if you started a book in October (or even September, August, July, or even before that), if you FINISHED it in November, it counts 🙂

Nope! This challenge is completely individual. So, once your topic is created, you will log books like you did for last month's team challenge. However, all the prompts are provided for you (no unlocking necessary), and you can complete them in any order you'd like 🙂

joyous (❁´◡`❁) (joywillowronan) k k thanks.

Nora Currie | 72 comments Do we have to wait until a moderator opens a challenge for us individually or can we add the points now after we have signed up?

Nora Currie | 72 comments Hi! I'm wondering if my points counted for Romeo and Juliet since the K2 prompt was not crossed off the list?

Yes, they count 🙂 I've just been very busy over the last week, so I haven't had time to strike it off the list. But I'll do that real quick

Nora Currie | 72 comments Does 12 years old count as a young child?

Nora wrote: "Does 12 years old count as a young child?"

In most cases, a young child would be someone who is between the ages of 0-9. And in a lot of cases a young child is someone who is not yet able to enter the school system. In some places, that'd be people aged 5 and younger or even 4 and younger. Some people would say that a young child is 0-12 or 0-15, however in most cases this doesn't hold true. I assume you're referring to prompt J3. I think we were moreso thinking along the lines of 0-9.

Hi Alexandria! I was referring to prompt J3 and thanks so much for explaining this to me. My current book does not appear to fit this prompt but it does work for another one:))

Yeah, it is. We actually don't normally have family functions at this time, but this is the 2nd year in a row that my tia and her husband have come down. So we had a belated Thanksgiving dinner. You're very welcome =)
