What to expect in 2023?

It's that time: we are going to prepare this group for 2023!

To answer some questions:
- Yes, the group will continue into 2023!
- Yes, we will archive all of your 2022 Personal Challenge and Members’ Corner threads so you don't lose your info!
- Yes, we will have a bunch of new challenges for you!

You'll notice that the group name just changed to reflect that it'll continue into next year. We are all very excited and hope that you are too!


Here's the schedule the Mods have put together:

Beginning of November:
- Buddy Read Sign-Up thread for 2023 unlocked.
- 2023 Yearly Theme Poll posted.

Mid November:
- Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Themes announced!
- 2023 Member Challenge Ideas thread posted.
- Start Masthead and Logo contest.

End of November:
- January and Q1 challenges posted. They will be available for viewing but locked for comments.

Early December:
- Start posting yearly challenges. These will be posted over the course of several weeks to give you the opportunity to read through them.
- New folders for your Personal Challenge and Members’ Corner threads created.

Last Week of December:
- January and Quarter 1 challenges unlocked.

First week of January:
- Group name changed to 2023 Reading Challenge.
- 2022 topics archived.

Thanks for the laugh! My husband watches, I happily abstain :) My thoughts as a Canadian are "If it doesn't have a puck is it really a sport?" ;)

Not that I watch the Stanley Cup playoffs, because I don't, but at least I have a team I root for every year even if I never actually watch it on TV and even when they don't make it to the playoffs.
