also excited to read the new harry bosch that comes out this week.

Divine Misdemeanors, The First Rule, Horns, Nine Dragons, Split Image. Some of these may actually be 2010 releases, I just went by what is in my lbrary queue.

You will laugh. Yesterday I was browsing the library shelves and almost picked up the Merry Gentry book previous to this one Divine Misdemeanors but then decided I might not want to listen to it in the car! (yikes!) ... and chose Child 44 instead. I don't think I could have chosen a more polar opposite book!
I look forward to the new Bosch and Joe Hill's newest (February) too! I checked Joe Hill's website and it doesn't mention the book at all yet. Now I need to check these out on Goodreads Joe Hill: Black Box??? answering my own post by editing Black Box is another title for 20th Century Ghosts. The new one is Horns A Novel
BTW... the links to the books in your post are funny! GR strikes again. I wish we could alphabetize the lists to add books or select a language to limit the list.

I'm glad that I am getting to The Owl Killers, a medieval mystery that sounds unusual. I'll be reading it next.

Ann, I'm not sure this ever happened but I remember we joked about you pulling up to the toll taker with the more salacious portion of one of your audios on full blast, LOL. Me, I'd take the chance that I could hit the pause button in time rather than miss some good listening! ;-)

It was a fast food drive through window! and I managed to stop the cd... how embarassing!

OMG, I didn't even catch that! I got such bizarre choices using the "add book" feature that I decided to just type the HTML code in. The titles came out so I didn't even check the links...
I'm shocked that the search feature is so bad. I'll have to check the help board to see what the story is

Cody McFadyen's Abandoned [image error]
Michael Crichton's The Pirate Latitudes

James Rollins Altar of Eden

I remember that post on the AOL Board about Ann listening to the Merry Gentry book and having to turn down the audio. I still look around when I come to a signal or stop sign in the spring, summer or fall when I have the windows down, you never know what is getting ready to be said aloud.....
