The book "Répertoire des villes disparues" and all its editions are from an author called Laurence Olivier, but that's not the famous British actor it is currently assigned to. The real author is a Quebec writer of the same name. It is easily found on Google, but already the fact, that the book is from 2015 - the actor Olivier died in 1989 - should make it obvious. Please correct that. Thank you!
