Tbh as a atals and lily lover it starts with us is much better and more well written especially from ch but like i said if you don’t like ch try it starts with us its a good and cute book I promise
No. Her books are not good, the plot and writing poor and overall not wroth it. Maybe as a beginner reader with no high expectations. But it's just time wasting. There are better books. Ps.: also avoid Penelope Douglas. Same with C.H plus romanticize abuse relationships with concerning age gap
@readingwithnea I really don't know if I should read it, I didn't like her writting in this book but if the new book has angst into it maybe i will give it a chance?
@fairytaleExactly, I'm being honest when I say it felt as if a 12year-old read this book, it was terribly written. Or maybe I just have high standards when it comes to writing.
But tbh is it worth the hype? Nope not at all and if u don’t like her or her writing style you will most definitely hate anybook she writes, but if im being honest it starts with us was a cute sweet romance book we’ll kind of romance ngtl but yeah .. in summary if u hate her style and books don’t read it starts with us u will just waist ur time but if ur welling to give her a chance then read it its good

Spoiler alert!!!!!!It starts with us was literally just about atlas and lily, and how they got back together, plus it was talking about her relationship with ryle and emmy their daughter. Was there a shocking plot twist? Nope just a lovely story about how finally lily finally got her happy ending
It was not a happy lovly family Story. I think, the most people don't even understood that. It was toxic. *spoiler* There also was a really weird cringe scene about cow shit. Chapter 8, about page 5 following. that every seems not to comprehend.
The writing in this book was so bad I can just tell Colleen Hoover rushed it. Everyone talks about how she’s a bad writer, but honestly, the books I’ve read from her we’re not that bad, but now I see what everyone saying. I loved it ends with us and I only wanted to read it starts with us because I believe Lily and at least deserve a happy ending and they got their happy ending. It was an easy read, but the writing just made me want to kill myself and I hate the modern day references like TikTok.
I just want your honest opinion and thoughts if I should read this book.
