And sorry for the question but, when we dealt with merged one-clicks before we had to make a record with the ASIN and author NOT A BOOK so it wouldn't be added to the database again. When I tried to do that it gave me a message that says "Asin is taken by an existing book with the title "Asesino de brujas" in 'Deleted' status. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ASINs are optional so you can also add this book without an ASIN." This didn't happen before, does this mean I don't have to create the record as we did before?

Yes, putting the record in Deleted status to merge the shelvings takes care of "NABing" it.
