I just finished listening to Devil in Winter by Lisa Kleypas, I'm enjoying the Wallflowers again but this time via audiobook. In paper back I'm reading Munro by Kresley Cole. This is #18 in a PNR series, this book was delayed by several years as I believe the author had some health problems. I used to love this series like mad and I'm slowly re-entering the world where it's set. Good stuff!
I read The Widow of Rose House and The Brightest Star in Paris a historical duology set in the gilded age with ghost elements. Really well written. There is some fun family banter to leaven the darkness. A good choice for Halloween.
Followed that up with Into the Storm by Rachel Grant, a romantic suspense set in a remote national park in the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. Fast paced, romantic and it scratched my outdoorsy itch.
