The Dragon's Treasure by Mark Greenwood ⭐⭐⭐⭐ an interesting blend of fact and fiction for junior readers. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
One Perfect Couple by Ruth Ware. I gave it 4 stars. It was exciting and scary, just like all her books.
Currently reading Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. Before this book I read Heart Bones by Colleen Hoover.
Dropseed: The Story of Three Sad Women. I loved this book because it 'met me where I am.' I am caring for my elderly mother and this book hits home with the caregiver stress and the love between mother and daughter. I also loved the way it was written...so lyrical.
Caro's Comet, The Celestial Cinderella is a new children's book about Caroline Herschel, the first female to discover a comet! Go, strong women!
I just finished
, What We Remember Sarah Echavarre I thought this was an excellent book on grief, connecting with people, and included on older woman with dementia who had a lot still to offerOn Audio just finished:
, Long Island, Colm Tóibín This was the sequel to his beloved book Brooklyn. I could not connect to the characters, especially Eilis. People so reserved they will not even discuss major events for their lives. Sad and dour book. Disappointing.
Always Only You by Chloe Liese, she is a brilliant writer and her romance novels feature neurodivergent heroes and heroines. Love her stories for characters and inclusion!!
In the Lonely Hours by Shannon Morgan https://www.goodreads.com/review/show..., and
Silent Ritual by Andrew James Greig https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I finished "Lessons in chemistry" by Bonnie Garmus. I liked the plot and the characters very much. The feminists are the heroes, yeah.
The Bordeaux Book Club by Gillian Harvey Charming and uplifting ⭐⭐⭐⭐.4 https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
