Kristine | 284 comments Sing Her Down, Ivy Pochoda. Was an excellent book, dealt two with women convicts who are released. Explores the dark side that women can possess. It gave me a lot to think about.

Kristine | 284 comments The Women, Kristin Hannah. Cried many times reading it, yet it also pulls out the possibility of healing and joy in life. It is such a powerful look at how hard life was for a woman returning as a combat nurse from Vietnam. Women were said to not even have ever been in Vietnam. Highly Recommend this book.

That was a hard book to read at times. Sadly, Matthew Perry died yesterday. It really shakes me up as he endured so much and lived to tell his story. I almost feel into the false belief that he would make it though somehow.
