generic subtitle clarification

OK, so I know subtitles "A Novel" and "Roman" should not appear in the title on Goodreads. Also that subtitles like "A Novel of WWII" are OK.

I'm thinking "A Standalone Novel" probably should be removed.

Should "A Graphic Novel" be removed? What about "A Graphic Novel Adaptation"?

Are there others to be removed?

As these are sometimes the only part of the title that distinguishes them from the original book, they can be useful to keep them from being combined. I would be less inclined to keep the former if it only exists as a graphic novel.
