Eric,WorldCat is the preferred source for page counts for print books and they have this ISBN with 171 pages.

I have the book in hand and can confirm the last numbered page with countable content is 156. After that is a single unnumbered page which is blank on one side and a barcode with manufacturing information on the other side.
I can take and upload photos of the book cover, ISBN, and last page if necessary.
