Book released under a different title, duplicate listing + order update

There are a few queries that need to be looked into for in Merrily Watkins series by Phil Rickman.

- The latest book title changed after it's been released. Originally it was supposed to be For the Hell of It which has been since changed to The Fever of The World.
The title and the cover need updating on the listing.

- This book is actually a number 16 in a series. There's a mistake in the series order where The House of Susan Lulham is labelled as a #12.5. This is wrong and it should be #13 instead, which would bump all the other books up one and will give The Fever of the World number 16 instead of 15, as stated on the publisher's website.

- There are currently two listings for the same book when you search, can they be merged?

It should be The Fever of the World one
