Hi Stephanie,WorldCat is the preferred source for page counts for printed books and they have this one with 258 pages.
Do you have the book in hand and can confirm what is on pages 259 through 288? Some things we can count and others we cannot

Hello. I don't. The publisher says 288, but it's not a big deal if the WorldCat count is used. :-)
