Emanuele Sabetta | 3 comments Can you recommend me a fantasy romance with the following elements?

1 - Male POV (no multiple POV)
2 - Boy and Girl love story (they fall in love after meeting in difficult circumstances and escape a predicament by believing in each other)
3 - They got separated because their is an 'impossible' love.
4 - The boy has to go against the whole world to be able to finally be with her. He needs to fight all levels of an unfair and cruel society, suffering endless humiliations but getting stronger and stronger until nothing in the world can stop him anymore.
5 - The girl has to suffer many mistreatments, bullying, and ordeals but her love for him never falters. She is being lied to, but she never stops believing in him.
6 - He makes all the people who made her suffer pay, and finally meet her at the end of the world, waiting for him, no words needed.
7 - They finally get together (happy ending)

Udisha :) (udishareads) | 8 comments Not Sure If this is the right one, but this is the only series that i can think of that have all the above elements.

The Lux Series by Erin Morgenstern.
Genres: Sci/fi Romance.
and it is one of the steamiest romances I have ever read, it has all the element above, it's gone make laugh and Cry and Blush so hard, it have everything you can ask for.
Also it is originally from a female point of view but it male pov version is available for the books in the series..and it also have novellas and a spin off series and bonus content...

Erica | 175 comments Well the only thing that comes to mind, that is close to all of your requirements is White Cat by Holly Black. It’s from her curseworkers series. It follows a male character the entire time if memory serves.

Emanuele Sabetta | 3 comments Thanks to both of you. I'll check out those 2 titles out. But really... there are no more fantasy-romance novels with male protagonists? How is that possible? Is fantasy romance a genre dominated by girls? 😧

Erica | 175 comments I think some of it comes down to sci-fi and fantasy started by being written by mostly men following male characters. I think ya didn’t really become a thing until the last 20 or 30 years. Twilight caused publishers to focus on teenage girls as a demographic too. Also I tend to be more drawn to reading a book with female protagonist so my recommendations will be skewed.

Emily Dreiman I would say dance of thieves but there are 2 povs. Other than that it’s pretty close.
