SOLVED. YA/coming of age/romance book with multiple stories of different women, mainly one named madeline read around 2016-2018. [s]

i’m looking for a book with potentially a pink-ish cover. the book tells the stories of different women around late teens or early 20s. it starts off with madeline’s story of her in highschool. she has car sex with her boyfriend with whom she starts living with later in the book and they smoke weed and cigarettes. in another story, a girl who maybe lives in washington dc and goes to university. she works for an at-home mental health institution and she cleans the place(?). she later finds out her dad might be in love with her and she freaks out(?). in another story, the girl mc starts to like a girl and goes to her apartment but there’s a fire and they escape but the love interest only cares about if her cats were ok and the girl mc says something along the lines of “fuck the cats!”. when this happens the mc girl realizes the love interest doesn’t care for her. in another story, a thin girl hooks up with an older man at a bar and then hooks up with him again at his apartment(?) and he mentions “her ribs protruding her soft skin” or something. i think the book ends with madeline living with her boyfriend but they’re unhappy because madeline isn’t as sex-driven as she used to be so she tells her bf that he’ll get bored of her eventually and leave her (?). the story is in 3rd person narrative i think.
