SOLVED. Adult Paranormal Romance can't remember if it's a were or a vampire book. The main female is going to school where there is a group of 4 or 5 who are what are considered Elite or royal in the paranormal world. The elite does not talk to the rest.

Romance can't remember if it's were or vampire. The main female is going to school where there is a group of 4 or 5 who are what are considered Elite or royal in the paranormal world. The elite does not talk to the rest.

The main male character is an artist but one of the elite females destroys his art room in their house because she wanted to be his. (She also had killed a friend of theirs in the past)

A few scenes I remember are:
1. construction workers are fixing the house after a few rooms were destroyed by the male character
2. Male jumping to the main female's window to talk to her.
3 Male character leaves for a small amount of time to go deal with royal duties
4 Female Villian is being chased by some elite guards and the main characters from the book
