Double author name

Hello everone,
I came across a case of two author profil pages with the same name.

They use the exact same spelling, which is why a book from Goodreads Caroline, which I added on request, ended up at science Caroline. I tried to put a space between the names in the profile of the science Caroline, as it says in the manual, but when I try to save, I end up in the profile of the goodreads Caroline with the message that I can't change it because the profile belongs to the author.

What should I do now and how can I get the two books to the right Caroline?

Caroline the Goodreads fiction author is two space claimed profile

Science Caroline is default 1 space unclaimed profile

I'll try it and see if it will let me make the changes.

It let me make the changes. Fiction added to correct profile but may take time to disappear from default profile.

Sounds like you tried to edit the name on the profile. You actually need to do so on each edition of the affected books.

yeah thats what I tried, cause I thought if I add it in the book edits I would create a third caroline profile (I didn't see, that goodreads caroline already has the space)
