Advise please - Sorting kindle covers - onix edits

I am probably a little obsessive but want to shelf the same cover as the one I see when I look at the book covers on my kindle.
In the case of a series of books I have read recently I can't find the kindle covers on Goodreads,.
I entered the asin and came to an edition that was uploaded by amazon kcw and would appear to have been the correct book, but since it was subsequently changed by onix Ingram and onix harlequinuk it is now an ebook with isbn 13 and a different number of pages.

Should I revert these two incorrect edits?

What is the ASIN you entered, because I find 2 kindle editions on Amazon?

Both of those have no changes. When I look at the link you provided it never shows an ASIN getting removed, just an ISBN10 being added, to an edition that already had an ISBN13. Yes format was Kindle at one point, but I think the ISBN13 for the ebook must have been attached not an ASIN.

The ASIN is B004H1TC5C

This ASIN was edited by onix ingram and onix harlequin and replaced by a non-kindle ebook edition.

The link in my first post shows a kindle edition being changed to an ebook by onix ingram.

Neither of the two kindle editions that you list have the same cover that I have. I accept that I am OCD about it.

So is the correct thing to do in this case to add a completely mew record and ACE without using the ASIN as that was already allocated to the books that were edited in the onix changes.

I will work on re-creating the ebook edition, but I did some change reverting, and found that it was originally that ASIN, and one of the bad Amazon imports from awhile back added the ISBN13, which caused all the other changes. The ASIN is now properly assigned to this edition, where it originally existed.

If this edition does not have the right cover, then you will need to create an ACE.
