Due to copyright reasons, we are not allowed to use images from that source. If you have a copy of the book and can scan or photo the cover yourself, we can use that.

Here is my best attempt at scanning my personal copy. I wasn't sure where to upload/host the file. It's currently on imgur but if there is a better alternative that is free please let me know and I will upload the cover image elsewhere.
