So let me ask you all something, If you were working in a medical office, and a famous person came in, would you look/peek in his/her file to see their health background?

I would like to say I wouldn't due to privacy laws, but in reality I probably would.

Yeah, I can hold the high ground and say I WOULD NEVER, but truthfully not sure..🤷♀️
Yes, and the issue with the receptionist and looking in client's files....Well there should be a fine line in this matter. If you are a receptionist who just takes calls, makes appts, and makes sure that the pharmacy is getting the name correct on the prescription and what not, then yeah, that's her/his job. If you have a Medical Assist, who assist doc's on scrubs, plastic gloves, or just to be next to the client if she/he needs a hand to hold, then it that's different...Medical asst is okay,,,but this is where it gets sticky folks...Who's to say if that person would sell info to someone who is famous...just like in this case. Now lets make sure that you understand what I said.....and let me give you an example here...If I am a HUGE actress, who goes to Dr. Levi to get help because I have an STD, and I go in-cog-nito to the clinic, but folks that work there know who I am, and then after my visit they sell my STD info and what the doc prescribed to me to TMZ or some other outlet. then that there is the problem..BIG problem....But lets move to another issue...So why would anyone follow someone who just came out the doc's office, and not just go to the home where they live so that you can actually ask questions instead of stalking, because thats what she did...stalking,,,following...watching,,lerking.....whats that mean???? STALKING....

Thanks Jimmy for reading this book, I hope your staying warm...Next month's read ( November ) I am going to skip.....

Oregon, 2017. Shea Collins is a receptionist, but by night, she runs a true crime website, the Book of Cold Cases—a passion fueled by the attempted abduction she escaped as a child. When she meets Beth by chance, Shea asks her for an interview. To Shea’s surprise, Beth says yes.
They meet regularly at Beth’s mansion, though Shea is never comfortable there. Items move when she’s not looking, and she could swear she’s seen a girl outside the window. The allure of learning the truth about the case from the smart, charming Beth is too much to resist, but even as they grow closer, Shea senses something isn’t right. Is she making friends with a manipulative murderer, or are there other dangers lurking in the darkness of the Greer house?
