The covers are not the same, one has a logo.
The cover changed before release and never published without the logo or went out on ARC’s with that cover either. Does that make a difference?
Done.If a cover is never used as you describe, a merge is correct. But we can't search for the details of every book, so we have to go with what we see. So if you have such information that explains a difference, please add it to the request.
