When you read a series, do you blow right through? Or read “break books” in between?

I blow right through them. I can't do it other way. The only time I read break book was when I read the fine print, I hated it so much that I didn't want to read second book right away, but still wanted to finish the series.

it depends on the series, if i really liked it and felt attached to it ill read it all with not break books but if i didnt really feel like into it or something id take several break books and then continue it

I take breaks. I finished queen of shadows (which doesn’t end on a cliffhanger) so I read some other books for my reading goal before beginning my tandem read of eos and tod (I have no idea how long that will take)

If I'm really liking it, I blaze through all of them, but there are definitely times where I delay reading the last book because I don't want it to end. 😂

I don’t do break books. But if I’m not feeling the book I’ll delete it and start a new one. And but the old one back on my want to read list. And if I’m reading a series I always have to finish the whole series before I can start a new one.

break books 100%!!! It's taken me months just to get through four acotar books. if I blow through and finish a series all in one go i go into a huge slump. very disappointing when that happens.

I take breaks normally otherwise I'll confuse what happened in each book and merge them into one
