Bobby Nelson | 12 comments This is a shout out to anyone who's had experience with Bookbaby and Createspace. If that's you, please feel free to weigh in on my question....

Basically, I'm wondering if there are any major advantages of self-publishing with Bookbaby.

My goal is simply to self publish my childrens book (with my own imprint) in both print and e-book formats. I would like for them to be available on all the major sites including Powell's.

I do not necessarily need the Bookbaby marketing services at this time. I'm really simply looking for a company that I can rely on for both POD and E-Books AND that can get me plugged into amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, powells.com..etc...

Do I HAVE to go with Bookbaby to get these things?

Thanks in advance to anyone who took the time to read this blather.

Peggy Holloway | 51 comments CreatSpace and KDP Select is the way to go. They will put your book on Barnes and Noble, Books A Million, libraries etc. All of mine are done that way and it's all free.

Bobby Nelson | 12 comments Peggy. Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment.

Also, I checked out your page. Really dig how you've got it laid out. I enjoyed your bio. You've had a wide range of life experience, very cool thing since you're writing.
