I'm sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer. My book has been recently added and has a duplicate. People are starting to post reviews and I want to remove one duplicate to avoid confusion. How do I do that?

Combined.You may want to fix the punctuation of your name on Amazon so it doesn't happen again.
