this but, my reasoning is that i've heard horrible things about her books. my very first reaction to her books was "no, im never going to read them" and the things ive heard have just solidified my stance

I browse a lot and apparently if you give her less than a 3 star review, they kick you out of her facebook group for Colleen Hoover as well as access to her other groups. Gives me cult vibes. I don't really care if you're a good writer or not, but I can't abide people who censor or block people for their opinion on your book. like they bought your book, they can't have an opinion on it? really irks me

The Song of Achilles , my Universal Literature Teacher spoiled for me 💀

Same here. I've read the two books I wanted to (and will read the new one coming out this year) but don't have any interest in her other books. Definitely a bit problematic, judging by reviews

People always say this book is good but by seeing there's almost 600 pages and by reading the description I don't feel like I'll stay interested because there can't be that much to say based off the description of the book.

Its only like...1 chapter and its very short, nothing special really, I was even expecting more lol. Its not the main focus At All

EVERYHING SHOULD BE ROMANTICIZED- jk im just salty bc ur hatin on my bae of books. but yeah its kinda of crazy.

Gosh, I can attest to this. Can't take up those books even if my life depended on it

At last someone said it. I don't see myself reading it. I cringe everytime I see the name or hear of the movie

they both die at the end cause my friend didn't like it.
the American roommate experiment cause I didn't like the Spanish love deception
