Found a few:
Mikaela Bee
Mikaela Bley
Mikaela Vincent
Mikaela Wilson

I googled author mikaela, and there are a few others I’ve not listed here. Good luck!

Mikaela T (mikaelabooks_) (mikaelabooks_) | 3 comments Thanks Beth. I did the same and Mikaela Bee was the only one of those who wrote adult books and in English lol.

Ha! Yes, the language would be a deciding factor. :)

I have included some middle school level books on my list. In fact, I may have one juvenile picture book.

Michele Olson | 514 comments Michele wrote: "I found an author that not only has the same first AND last name as me, she also spells them both the same. Our names are Michele Olson, and the first book in her series is [book:..."

So, I finally read it. I thought it was kind of awkward at times, and I won't be reading any of the others in the series.

message 71: by Aquaria (new)

Aquaria | 286 comments Well, they were never going to get my current last name, from my 1st marriage that I kept because it matched my sprog's name. It's so unique that I am literally the only person in the entire USA who has the first-last name combo that I do.

So I had to go with another of my names.

I read Laurie King's Beekeeper's Apprentice. I'm sort of torn about this one. I wanted to like it, and in many ways I did...but in the end I found it only meh.

Susan Baranoff (cabinreader) | 17 comments For all the Susans out there!
"Up From The Blue" by Susan Henderson!
5 stars
A powerfully written story told mostly memoir style by the adult Tillie about a year in the life of the young Tillie; the year her mother went away. I had a very hard time putting it down.

Trigger warning: This book deals with mental illness, in a frank but sensitive way.

Hannah DCamp | 129 comments I finished The Foxglove King by Hannah Whitten.

message 75: by Zermeena (new)

Zermeena | 48 comments I read A Place for Us and did not like it. It needed a good editor. The audio was 18 hours long! That is a long time with no plot.

I have read another book by him - Den andre norske filmhistorien - for a prompt for the same last name for another challenge a few years ago. Both are library books, and I got another on a sale if I should need one more where he is one of the authors -
Film til folket - sensur og kinopolitikk i 100 år
