請問現在GR是否不能自行增加新書?

最近GR是否有改變自行增加新書的規定，剛怎麼都找不到過去可以把英文書增加中文書(不同版本)的按鍵，想要透過查詢不到書籍的方式增加也無法，是否有人知道現在該如何增加新書籍?謝謝

前陣子有改過，在如下公告的第1點

1) Members who are not Goodreads Librarians or Authors will no longer be able to manually add books to the catalog.

要加新書的話可以
1. 在本討論區的「回報書籍建檔錯誤」提出要求
2. 到 Goodreads Librarians Group 的 Adding New Books & Editions 提出要求
3. 考上 Librarian
