Bro me and my parents were watching a show, and one of the characters had a lot of mental issues. So, it showed how they heard voices and had erratic emotions and stuff. So, my mum decided to ask me if I experienced some of the things that character did (unrecognizable emotions, random thoughts about things, etc), and I said yes. She said, and I freaking quote: "I think that's a new generation thing. Something the kids have."She didn't try to ask me questions. Find out if I was okay since this character is labeled as LITERALLY INSANE. No, she just blamed my generation.

I need a fashion tip: someone gave me a black jacket that is kinda fitted with a high collar that can fold down, what kind of shirt would go well with this? I don’t really have nice things and I don’t want to offend the person by never wearing it-

Exactly! Okay, what's difficult to understand is, my mother has been diagnosed with a lot of things. Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and a LOT of other things. But, she thinks she's the only person justified in it? When one of my doctors said I showed a lot of symptoms of anxiety, my mum got upset with me and asked "what could have possibly happened to me" to cause me to have anxiety. Also whenever I tell her about some things I experience, she brushes it off as "normal" because she experiences it too. But it's not "normal." She has issues and so do I but she thinks she's the only one who has valid reason to.
