My fathers mother was either half Blackfoot or a quarter, my family history is kinda smudged for a while… we were originally German and then we apparently stayed with a few tribes until The Trail Of Tears… so not entirely Native
I’ve got the skin pigment in certain lighting but don’t have black hair so people chalk me up as Latinex, honestly I wish I had a direct connection to a tribe so I could feel I belong somewhere instead of being a descendant of almost nomads :’)
