[Done] Please merge duplicate kindle editions

Hi, could you please merge the two duplicate editions that still have placeholder covers with this edition that now has the published cover and ASIN# on it?

The ACEs were created only for the purpose of adding the published cover. I left the ACE notes so that you'd be able to see what was done, but I can delete the note that remains once the merge is complete.

Thanks, Nay. I've removed the ACE notes and queued the duplicates for merge. It will likely take time to clear the cache, which seems slow today.
