Author Anne Rice's, Vampire Chronicles has been adapted into a new television series on the AMC channel, coming in October. Fans of the book series remember the 1994 film starring, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise etc.

The 1976 book, that the series is based on, continues to be one of Anne Rice's most popular books. The new T.V. series is scheduled to be the beginning chapter of the vampire books. Anne Rice passed away in 2021 and her son Christopher has now taken the lead in the book project with AMC.
