How to add new editions myself?

Prior to the website redesign I was able to update books in order to add a cover, add an edition, update a book, or add a book. I don't know when I lost these abilities or indeed if I still actually have some of them. Do I still have that ability? If I did, where would the option to edit/update/add be on the redesigned site layout? If I don't, what would I need to do to get it again?

I tried asking about this elsewhere in this group but it was apparently the wrong place because no one responded. I am hoping that Questions is the right place to ask a question, though.

You can't do that anymore, you can ask for the adding of new editions in the Adding New Books & Editions folder
