Duplicate books on my record

When I orinally scanned the book I just finished reading (Saving Mrs Roosevelt) I ended up with the online version because it asked what percentage I had read when I went to update my progress. I then entered the ISBN and got the correct version (paperback) I know I have seen "delete this book" somewhere but because I am needing it. I can't locate it. Could someone please point me to where it is at. My review in stars doesn't show up but my actual review is showen.
