Ana Huang has the Twisted series that all have alternate covers, if you're actually buying physical books. But the titles can be suggestive. Her website has links on where to buy the discreet covers as well.

Things We Never Got Over, By a Thread and just Lucy Score in general has great books and aren't obvious. But they're also on the long side.

The Dreamland Billionaire series by Lauren Asher also has alternate covers for sale. And I think her other series about F1 drivers have discreet covers as well.
