The people that live there look specific to that region. Then there are the Rhythm Kingdoms? I'm also not sure I'm going to like Meira. Why would you even want to go on a mission if you don't have the proper training? I do like that the action seems to be starting right away. (hide spoiler)]

Through chapter 15 (view spoiler)[ this book has been a bit of a roller coaster already. At times I hated it and was bored out of my mind but I'm starting to like it again. It's very info dump-y at times but right now the love triangle is thriving so I'm enjoying. I haven't decided if I truly trust Theron and Mather has totally betrayed my trust so at this point I'm wishing good things for Theron (hide spoiler)]

chapter 1-5 (view spoiler)[ I just started yesterday and I couldn't read as much as I wanted, but I hope it's goes better today. The starting was good, it's quite confusing in the beginning, because it's a completerly new world, but I like the world building. And I'd like very much to live in Autumn, or maybe not... maybe I'll got tired of the never changing season...

chapter 6-18 (view spoiler)[I think I'm liking this book. I'm not madly in love with him, but I like it! I like Theron, and I like Mather, too, but Theron most. I don't really know why, but I think Theron is a good character. And I really wanted to be in the training yard whit all the soldiers when Theron and Mather fought!!!
I liked also the Cordellean, I don't like their king but I think that it would be cool to be one of them. I like the world that the authors made up. But I couldn't understand why the people could'nt go from a kingdom to another. I mean they can travel but if you are from Winter you can't go to live in Spring, and so on... but why? Name apart, Angra is quite intersting, and I hope that he'll redeeme himself (not in this first book! but maybe in the last one). The part in wich she was thrown in the work camp was good. Nothing too original (and it reminded me a bit of the Throne of Glass) but i found it intersting all the same.
And I liked that Meira is the true Winterian heir, but it was too predictable. When I read it I just said "Ah ah! I knew it!". Again, nothing original.
But I'm really enjoyng the reading.
And Theron! I'm really enjoyng him, too!
I loved the part in wich she frees the Winterian and I loved Autumn soldier's description. I hope to read more about Autumn! And Sir is alive? Hmmm... ooook! (hide spoiler)]

Yes, I liked the book, but it's not very original!

It's not too original, the characters are not so special (ok, I really liked Theron, but even he was nothing so pecurliar, or unforgettable) and the story it's not bad but it's not so good, either. But I really, really enjoyed the worldbuilding. It was quite confusing in the beginning, but I loved it and so I'm happy to had read the book :) (hide spoiler)]
