Duplicate author and duplicate books

Hello Librarians, I believe I have found some duplicates

The following authors are in fact the same:
Marcin Moskała
Marcin Moskala

And their books are also duplicted
Effective Kotlin: Best Practices
is same as: Effective Kotlin: Best Practices

Kotlin Coroutines
is same as: Kotlin Coroutines: Deep Dive

Please merge :) Thank you

Done. Kept Marcin Moskała as an author name on the Polish edition.

Regarding the name, it's interesting, didn't know that's possible. I personally would say that "Moskała" is their name as is, but ok, if that's best practice then I won't argue with it :)

I chose the other since that's where most of the books & followers were. I'm very happy to be corrected by a librarian who knows the language! :-)
