SOLVED. Where America is and where needs to be. Few years old [s]

I read a sample of a book several years ago and have always wanted to read it all, but never found it again. I believe it was two international journalists that collaborated on a book talking about the way America does things compared to other countries and what America needs to do to get on the right track again. It was 2011 when I read the sample and I think it was new at that point. If you have any suggestions on other current events/politics/government suggestions let me know as well! Thanks in advance!

I think Lisa's suggestion is a likely one. If we don't hear back from Stephanie in a reasonable amount of time (2-4 months), I think we can move this to Solved.
