All the way across Mongolia to Beijing and then south to our destination of Surabaya, Indonesia!

Fun fact: Surabaya is famous for the dish Rujak Cingur, which wikipedia tells me is a marinated cow's snout served with boiled vegetables and shrimp crackers, covered in a shrimp paste sauce, peanut, chili, and spices. I'm gonna be honest, that sounds like a lot to process taste-wise, but hey I'll try anything once.
