Remove the 'Unknown binding' option from the All Editions section. It should be Kindle & Hardcover only. This was an author request as part of her initiative to generate reviews from her community on Goodreads.

It has an ISBN, so we can't delete it. If you let us know what the binding actually is, we can change it and it will no longer be unknown.
That ISBN belongs to the Kindle/ebook edition, which is already listed. Also when you click on the Kindle edition, there is no ISBN listed for it.I'm not sure how that 'unknown binding' edition got listed with the ebook ISBN? Then the Kindle and hardcover are listed separately (those are the only two editions available for this book).
