message 203: by [deleted user] (new)

message 204: by [deleted user] (new)

yup

message 205: by [deleted user] (new)

My favourite book/book series is...

1. The Delirium Trilogy by Lauren Oliver
2. Chasing Brooklyn by Lisa Schroeder
3. The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer

message 206: by [deleted user] (new)

Are we supposed to guess your favorite, or which you don't like?

message 207: by Travis (new)

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
I think #1 Delirium is your favourite book series and possibly #3 Twilight Saga is not.

message 208: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 20, 2015 03:31AM) (new)

#2?

message 209: by [deleted user] (new)

My favourite (sorry, bad question)

message 210: by [deleted user] (new)

no prob

message 211: by [deleted user] (new)

TMEB you are right! I recently read Chasing Brooklyn and I thought it better than my previously favourite series, Delirium.

message 212: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 20, 2015 01:19PM) (new)

I read and greatly enjoyed 2 of these book series when I was little. Which one did I not?

1. The Mysterious Benedict Society (The Mysterious Benedict Society, #1) by Trenton Lee Stewart The Mysterious Benedict Society series
2. Extra Credit by Andrew Clements Extra credit, and other Andrew Clements books
3. 100 Cupboards (100 Cupboards, #1) by N.D. Wilson 100 Cupboards series

Zombieslayer⚡Alienhunter (theslayingisthunter) On a whim I'm gonna say 3.

message 214: by [deleted user] (new)

#2 - just because I'm judging a book by its cover.

message 216: by Kay (new)

Kay Extra credit,#2. i am judging by the name.

message 217: by [deleted user] (new)

yup

message 218: by Night Owl (new)

Night Owl Reader (allnightreading) You're good, Travis!
I also read the The Mysterious Benedict Society, and enjoyed it. It's kinda quirky, and unbelievable, but also amazing. I only read the first book though, I'm not great with reading series.

Since everyone else is doing books...

Two of these sets of books I've enjoyed, while there's one set I despise because of sheer boredom(although I did enjoy the movies)

1. Harry Potter Boxset (Harry Potter, #1-7) by J.K. Rowling The Harry Potter Series

2. J.R.R. Tolkien 4-Book Boxed Set The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings Series

3. The Hunger Games Trilogy Boxset (The Hunger Games, #1-3) by Suzanne Collins The Hunger Games Trilogy

message 220: by [deleted user] (new)

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings... Tolkien is a very unique writing in a way that he explains EVERYTHING in detail. I'm going to go with 2?

message 221: by Kay (new)

Kay The Harry Potter Series

You got it Ceili!

Even though Tolkien goes on and on with his descriptions, the story that he tells was quite entertaining, however the first Harry Potter book was so poorly written and it frustrated me so much that I couldn't finish it. This of course meant that I would not even try to read the rest of them. The movies were good though.

Ceili, now it's your turn to come up with Two Truths and One Lie.

Madison | 116 comments Maze Runner?

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
So are we picking which one isn't your favourite... because we're picking the lie?

I think Linked and After the End are your favourites and Maze Runner is your least favourite - therefore, it's the lie.

Let's start this off again...

Here are some things I have eaten... or have I?

1. Crocodile

2. Emu

3. Kangaroo

message 227: by Madison (new)

Madison | 116 comments Number 3? I wouldn't eat them, they're too cute.

message 228: by [deleted user] (last edited May 20, 2015 01:47PM) (new)

1?

message 229: by Travis (new)

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
Well, that kind of gives it away! Sorry, Madison, I have eaten kangaroo and TMEB, I have eaten crocodile. Anyone else care to guess?

message 230: by Travis (new)

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
I can't believe people can't guess this! :)

message 231: by Kaylie (new)

Kaylie | 59 comments Well, I'm gonna go with Emu!

message 232: by Travis (new)

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
You've got it in one, Kaylie... don't know how you could have guessed ;)

Your turn.

message 233: by Kaylie (new)

Kaylie | 59 comments I guess I just got lucky :)

Lets see if you guys (and girls!) can guess this one….

1.) I was recruited to represent my home state in regional hockey.
2.) I was editor-in-chief of my primary school newspaper.
3.) I was the first student council president in the same primary school.

Zombieslayer⚡Alienhunter (theslayingisthunter) 2's the lie?

message 235: by [deleted user] (new)

3?

message 236: by Kaylie (new)

Kaylie | 59 comments 3 is right! I wasn't the president, but I did join the student council.

Your turn!

message 237: by [deleted user] (new)

1. I am a member of my high school student council
2. I was a member of student council in elementary school
3.I was a member of student council in middle school

message 239: by [deleted user] (new)

2 I bruise easily.

message 243: by Night Owl (new)

Night Owl Reader (allnightreading) Is 3 the lie?

message 244: by Travis (new)

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
I'll take #1, because it's left over.

Zombieslayer⚡Alienhunter (theslayingisthunter) 3's the lie (sorry for late reply; bad wifi).
I'm FROM Texas, but no longer live there.
Your turn, Sarah.

message 246: by Night Owl (last edited Jun 17, 2015 09:57PM) (new)

Night Owl Reader (allnightreading) Yay! Here you go! I'm a little paranoid that you guys will see through the lie right away, so I consciously try to make it hard to guess! :P

1) I am currently living in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
2) I have a little beagle named Puppy.
3) My cousin is a professional ballroom dancer.

message 247: by Erica (new)

Erica Beardsley (I'm just gonna jump in here, if that's okay)

Is 3 the lie?

Zombieslayer⚡Alienhunter (theslayingisthunter) I'll say 1 is the lie?

message 249: by Travis (new)

Travis Berketa (travisberketa) | 555 comments Mod
I think #1 is the lie, but I'll take #2, as it's available.

message 250: by Night Owl (last edited Jul 03, 2015 10:04PM) (new)

Night Owl Reader (allnightreading) Travis, you are correct! Well, now I am back in the States again, but I was living is Taiwan for about a year. I have a miniature dachshunds named Ruby, no Beagle. My cousin is a professional ballroom dancer, he has students too.

Two videos of my cousin dancing, if you are curious to see.
