Erik Rosenberg | 4 comments Hej Jane!

I was wondering if you would be interested into reviewing my new Fiction book Nordic Dreams: Scent of Home.
Romance of course is one of the main elements of the book but I have it naturally and beautifully involving throughout the story.

Shall you desire, I can either send you a pdf copy or even provide you with the paperback or electronic version of it.

Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Erik R.

Jane | Book Flutter ♥ (bookflutter) | 5 comments Hi Erik! can you please provide the synopsis?

message 6: by Erik (last edited Sep 06, 2022 02:51PM) (new)

Erik Rosenberg | 4 comments A psychiatrist returns to his hometown after a decade, only to see the same murders that he witnessed during his early years as a doctor happening again. The killings have the same patterns as before and his own people are getting targeted. He will learn secrets of the past while fighting through the trauma of his own mental illness and the horrors of the Great War (the setting is Victorian early 1900's but I am avoiding real life examples or real country names). Even though he tries alone at first to solve it, he will get the help of a mysterious person, who somehow knows a lot about his past. Sensitive subjects are discussed in the book. This is a fast synopsis with avoiding big spoilers or hints towards the plot. My favorite writing genre is thriller, mystery with tiny brushes of early 1900's horror.

I can provide a sample chapter if you wish.

Elle Mitchell Hey, Jane. Would love to connect and get a review. Below is some more information on my recently published book, Broken People Let me know if it is something that interests you. It is currently available for free download on Amazon (through September 13 and continuing on KU), but if you need another format.

***

Broken People is a flawed romance with an emphasis on navigating life, love, and relationships while recovering from trauma. This book is Mary Sue-free and promises no creepy virginity tropes.

The majority of the story takes place on crisp, Seattle fall nights and would go perfectly with a chunky blanket and a cup of coffee.

Maybe don’t read it in public. Unless you want to. 18+ content.

Blurb:

“On my very best days, I’m hanging from a very delicate thread, walking an even more delicate line over a river of broken things that I’ve barely managed not to let consume me. I do this by existing behind a veil of biased facts I tell myself about what happens when you expect better from people and what they can do to you when you let them in. Despite all of this, somehow, he had made it in…”

Ruby Vaughn lives her life by a certain set of rules. One of these rules clearly states that things like love and greatness—anything beyond basic contentment, really—was meant for other people, but not for her. A freelance writer by day and a bartender by night, Ruby spends what spare time she has watching her best friend, Evie, live a dream that’s always going to be just out of reach for her and the man she’s in love with, Alex, fall in love with someone else.

She’d resigned her fate to living a little smaller—a little safer—to keep her darkness to herself, but then she meets Jake, and nothing will ever be the same.

Raw with emotion and beautifully flawed, Ruby, as the antihero of her own story, is bound to captivate and resonate with readers who know what it’s like to lose and feel lost, and to find themselves again in the most unexpected of places.

Shonel Jackson | 5 comments Hi Jane. I have Kindle, KU, pdf, mobi and epub copies of Book 1 and Book 2 (ARC) of my Martial Arts Contemporary Romance series
Both can be read as stand-alones.

Let's Play (Era Capoeira, Book 1)
Plot:
Gabriela Espinosa is no 007!

Let's get that straight! What she is, is the owner of La Duquesa, a high end night club in the Centre of London. In Book 1 of the Era Capoeira Series, she meets a man one night who will ignite her passions. The meeting happens quite by accident... because she is spying! As LET'S PLAY begins, Gabriela is called by the rich, often sensual music of Capoeira. If she hadn't been in the right place at the right time, they might never have met. But from the moment they first lay eyes on each other, the spell was cast...

Sean Lancaster is a successful hotelier in the prime of his life. His business is growing leaps and bounds and his life has been enriched by Capoeira, a martial art which he has loved since he was a teenager. He has no complaints. But one night, a chance encounter with a stunningly intoxicating woman has Sean realising that maybe there is something missing in his perfect life.

He just had to hope that after he gives her a business card, she actually contacts him.

Playing With Fire (Era Capoeira, Book 2) (ARC - Released 5th December)
Plot:
In Playing With Fire, Book 2 of the martial arts series, Era Capoeira, we meet Javier Martínez and Luna Michaels. Their story begins with a one night stand. The connection between them is instantaneous. One look into her golden-brown eyes and Javier is hooked. The problem was that he had no business being attracted to Luna or any other woman for that matter, right now. His trip to London was supposed to be a short one. Javier’s life at home in Spain and the past he was still dealing with, ensured that he would stick to that plan.

Luna had been to many of the Capoeira workshops at the school she’d been a part of for years. They were the highlight of the season and she always looked forward to them. This year, however, she meets one particular invitee, who she simply cannot resist, nor does she want to.

When their one night of passion comes to an end, Javier walks away from it feeling guilt-ridden, and Luna, with a little surprise.

Hi Jane,

I am the author of a historical romance novel. Below is the blurb of my book:

Aliya Mirza and Jai Singh were destined as neighbors. They weren't supposed to become friends. They certainly weren't allowed to fall in love.

Because once they do, they find themselves embroiled in a tangled web of deceit and betrayal amidst a tumultuous nationwide divide. Memories blur. Words lose their meaning. Love no longer has a place to stay.

Surviving is the only option. Tormenting the other to death is a choice they make.

For when life rewards them with differences too blatant and hurdles too many, their love story threatens them with an ending they never wanted. Forever apart.

---------------------------------------

I'd love to have your reviews on my novel (I can share a PDF of the original manuscript with you). If this is something that interests you, please do let me know.
