Adding My Self Published Book On Author Program

I cannot find and add my new self-published book on Good reads. I tried searching it via Author Program option through ISBN, Book Title, and author name, It's available on Amazon and other publishing houses. Please help.

Ahhno...I might have clicked on caps without realising so. Thankyou for reminding me again. And definitely a big thanks for replying with link. So I am supposed to simply click on the link that's on the first comment >> redirect to page with new folder 'books and author' and enter details >> submit. Is that so?
