At home I grind my own beans as well. When I am on the go there is the cutest place downtown I like to go to called Roma DiAroma, but on the convenient side there is Starbucks (at like every corner) but I prefer Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

message 52: by Melissa (new)

Melissa (mkc2192) There is a local coffee shop in my town called The Coffee Bean Connection. They have a Heath Bar frappuccino that I love! If not that then I drink Black Breakfast Blend coffee.

message 55: by Melissa (new)

Melissa (mkc2192) Oh, it's very good and perfect for these Summer days. Especially now that I'm able to read while my kids play at the park or on the bench in my yard. :)

I drink black coffee in the morning when I have the most time to read before everyone is awake. In the afternoon I steal every moment I can to read and will have a cup of Lady earl grey tea.

message 64: by Rachel (new)

Rachel Mocha, heavy on the chocolate and milk, light on the coffee.
Although, if espresso is available, then equal parts with the chocolate.

message 65: by Rob (new)

Rob I love a cup of coffee in the morning, typically a medium roast. While I am reading I must say it is usually a cup of tea, typically a variety of black tea or sometimes a rooibos.

message 66: by Kitty (new)

Kitty Pilgrim | 8 comments I have a Farberware percolator that looks like its from the 1950s but its new. And it makes great coffee...but when I read its Earle Gray Tea all the way.

message 67: by Anita (new)

Anita (neet413) | 53 comments A good strong coffee, I like buying whole bean and grinding each cup. I usually choose a Sumatran or Costa Rican blend. A little shot of Bailey's, maybe......=] I like tea as well, and usually have a herbal, a lemon or mandarin orange from Twinings.

message 68: by Katarzyna (new)

Katarzyna (kasiaaaa) | 4 comments My favourite is roasted hazelnut with milk and a bit of sugar.
Nothing feels better than a cup of coffee and a book in the morning, I wish I could do every day.

message 69: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer (ineedlu) | 16 comments In the morning, I like French roast coffee with creamer & sugar. My son & I found a recipe for our own Italian sweet creme that we make, and I love that! I usually use agave nectar, but currently am trying coconut sugar! It is very sweet, and you only need a little!
In the evenings, an herbal tea such as Chamomile with honey! I also really like Detox Tea and Tazo's "Zen". --yum!

My mother loves Earl Grey! Sometimes, when Iam missing her, I will have some!

message 71: by Lauren (new)

Lauren (lauren_ashley04) | 2 comments To read it has to be on the slightly sweet side, normally a hazelnut or pecan coffee. :) Love to sip and relax. When it comes to tea, I love a breakfast tea blend with honey and lemon.

message 72: by Mimi (new)

Mimi Marten | 17 comments I'm all about the Tazo's "Passion" and my NESPRESSO. :-))

message 78: by Nick (new)

Nick Green (nickppgreen2014) I recently switched to decaff coffee on my doctors' orders.

But now and again (usually lunchtime) I'll have a full caffeine cup of coffee.

I do have a coffee machine at home as well, so I'll either have a Cappucino or a Grande. Either or, I don't mind.

But, being an Englishman and Irishman in one body, Tea is what I drink the most. Mostly after breakfast and then at night after dinner.

I drink both when I'm reading. Obviously not together. :-P

message 79: by Linda (new)

Linda Martin (lindajm) I usually drink green tea but sometimes go down the road for a mocha.

message 80: by Cortney (new)

Cortney First thing in the morning I will have the Dark Magic Keurig cup
Throughout the day I will have a donut shop blend (or Starbucks if I'm not feeling cheap!)
In the evening I will usually have a decaf tea or a chai latter of some sort.

AND TONS OF WATER ALL DAY!

message 81: by Guy (new)

Guy Austin Hot and Black...and hopefully with some strength.

message 82: by Sara (new)

Sara D (saradaugherty) | 47 comments Strong roast with milk fresh from the cow. Sometimes I skim the cream off the top instead of shaking in into the milk and put that in my coffee.

message 83: by Anita (new)

Anita (neet413) | 53 comments Just picked up some whole bean coffee at a local roaster called "Rattlesnake Gutter Blend". I normally like a good, bold coffee like an Ethopian blend, and this brew did not fail to deliver. I believe it may be a mix of Ethopian and Peruvian blends, and goes great with sitting under a tree by the brook with a book in my hand!

message 84: by Linda (last edited Aug 05, 2016 02:08PM) (new)

Linda Martin (lindajm) This afternoon I'm drinking Peet's Major Dickason's Blend.

message 85: by Jess (new)

Jess Rice (jessrice) | 6 comments I enjoy french vanilla creamer in mine or what kind of creamer I'm in the mood for depends on the season.

message 86: by Kate (new)

Kate Cao (bmanatee) | 20 comments Most often, I drink the Caribou blend from Caribou Coffee (MN Land of Coffee according to Caribou!!), but if I'm feeling sleepy, I'll switch to some sort of tea from David's Tea. Love the fruit teas from there and that they include a natural sweetener :)

Sounds DELISH!

message 88: by Keri (new)

Keri (keri91) Right now I'm on Eight O'Clock's, but I'll soon be switching to New England's Breakfast Blend and I'm excited. It smells so good! I'm buying a Keurig next month too and I'm psyched.

message 89: by Cortney (new)

Cortney Alex I just ordered a Highlander's grogg for work! I'm hoping it comes in soon! I can't wait to try it!!!!

message 90: by Anita (new)

Anita (neet413) | 53 comments My current addiction is from The Vermont Coffee Company. I get their Signature Blend, it's a medium roast that's good anytime. I always get the whole bean so I can grind it right before brewing it.

message 92: by Sarah (new)

Sarah (sarsky) I love cappuccino and I usually buy from our local coffee shop, which taste much better than Starbucks. Those coffee shops mostly use beans from Indonesia, like Sumatra or Flores (among many of them).

message 95: by Denise (new)

Denise (drams5) | 18 comments I will drink coffee in almost any form (I highly recommend visiting a Starbucks Roastery if you want to sample all the brewing methods). I recently discovered Chameleon Cold Brew at Target. It's delicious, but very caffeinated! I didn't realize cold brew was usually more caffeinated and made a huge one. Lesson learned!

Denise (drams5) | 18 comments Brenda wrote: "So much Starbucks! If I visit a coffee shop I much prefer Caribou Coffee, or something local. I'm still trying to find a good one out here. Or if I'm at home I brew some Caribou in the French press..."

I hear that a lot. I actually prefer Starbucks to Caribou, but I've never met a coffee shop I didn't like.

message 99: by Wendy May (new)

Wendy May Hall (wendymayhall) | 70 comments Starbucks Via Packs are surprisingly good!! Each packs make a good 12 oz cup size, bonus! I usually drink the Italian or French roast and I have found Pumpkin Spice creamer at my local store, they carry it all year long!!

message 100: by Wendy (new)

Wendy (wendelina) Lately I've been drinking an ethiopian blend from Peace Coffee - it's a darker flavor, but has floral undertones. It tastes "pretty" :-)
