Ayela walks in and goes through the line. She grabs a red apple, then grabs another. she looks at all the other choices wondering what to get her roommate then decides on a fruit bowl and some cheese squares.

"Smells really good" She said smiling and taking the try "thank you!" She said smiling, she put some spaghetti and garlic bread on her plate, before moving down to pudding cups and an apple. She followed Ash around the Cafeteria till they got to a seat

Em said smiling and hugging back. They weren't identical twins and when se dyed her hair they looked much diffrent. Today em had put on makeup so her freckles were covered up unlike Mateo's

Ruby walked into the cafeteria, ready to eat lunch. She looked over the food options, grabbing a sandwich, an apple, and a water bottle as her drink. She sat down at a table, taking bites of her sandwich.

Rya waited in line, tapping her foot to the song she was listening to through her headphones. Grabbing lunch, she surveyed the tables and picked the one with the least number of people. She sat down next to Ruby and smiled. "Hi!"

Ruby over at Rya and smiled back. "Hi" she said. She noticed Rya was wearing her headphones. "What are you listening to?" she asked. She took a bite from her apple, taking a sip of water after.

"Just some music. I like pop music," she told her, her hair dripping down her back. "I'm Rya. What's your name?" She smiled at Ruby. "And what's your mythical part?"

"Cool! I like pop music too. And, my name is Ruby. I'm a phoenix. Nice to meet you, Rya! What's your mythical creature part?" Ruby asked.

"Phoenixes are really cool," she said with a grin. "I'm a water nymph, but you probably already could tell, because..." she lifted her hair. It was completely water.

"Right, that makes sense" Ruby smiled. "Yeah, when I found out I was a phoenix, I became really interested in them, and researched to find out more about them" she said.

"I lived underwater, so I already knew a lot about water nymphs," she said, shrugging. "Were your family phoenixes or were you the only one?

"My family are phoenixes as well. My parents are divorced, though. My stepmom is human. I don't really get along with her. She never really liked me for some reason. I've tried my best to get along with her, but she didn't appreciate my efforts" Ruby said.

She frowned. "That's cool. I'm sorry about your stepmom, though. I'm sure she didn't really know you." She took out her ear plugs and shoved them into the pocket of her hoodie with her phone.

"No need to feel sorry for me. I haven't really talked to her since I came her, anyway. To be honest, I'm glad to be away from her just so I don't have to constantly hear her negativity" Ruby said.

She smiled. "I just feel bad for your dad. No offense, but she sounds like a jerk," Rya told her. She knew a lot of the kids in the school were mistreated because they were different, so she was glad to have a loving family.

"Yeah, she is kind of a jerk. I don't know why my dad is still with her. I guess he still loves her. I've told him what she has said to me. He has talked to her about it, but nothing has changed. She's just stubborn" Ruby said.

"That sucks," Adairya said. She ate a bite of her food and changed the subject, not wanting to make Ruby feel bad. "I just got here. To the school, I mean. I think it'll be great. My first classes were today."

"Nice! This is my third year here. What classes do you have?" Ruby asked, taking another bite of her sandwich. She looked at the time on her phone. Still another 40 minutes until her next class.

"I had History, Math, English, and Science this morning. I think I have Care of Mythical Creatures next," she said consulting her schedule to make sure. "Yep."

"Oh, I have math in the morning, too! Now that I think about it, I think I saw you earlier in class. My next class is music. I enjoy it. It's a fun class" Ruby said.
