"Fun, I usually read, go on runs in the morning, and that's about it, though cheese is my favorite food so I guess I eat that a lot to."

((Hey I gtg, pick this up tomorrow?))

"Cheese is your favorite food." Ambrose says.

"Yeah, it is. I looooove it!" Ayela smiles, she looks at Seth, "So you do skateboarding? What kind of board?"

message 156: by [deleted user] (new)

"Interesting I don't honestly don't know what kind it is." Seth says.

message 157: by [deleted user] (new)

"Huh. So, does anyone like rom-coms, 'cause if you don't," Ayela shakes her head, "That's a deal breaker for me." She smiles at the group

message 158: by [deleted user] (new)

"I've never seen one." Niume and Ambrose both say.

message 159: by [deleted user] (new)

Ayela gapes at Niume and Ambrose, "How, how? Then it's settled, we are all going to see a rom-com at some point. What about reading, has anyone read a rom-com at least?"

message 160: by [deleted user] (new)

"I have read a bunch of rom-com." Azazel mutters.

"I have seen a bunch of rom-com movies." Seth and Hesperia say.

"I've also never seen a rom-com." Dusk says.

message 161: by [deleted user] (new)

"Okay, so you four are now my favorite. Ambrose, Niume, you guys need to become educated." Ayela smirks

message 162: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well I'm sorry that I haven't seen a rom-com because I was running for my life." Ambrose says.

"I was running from my grandparents." Niume says.

"I just said I've never seen a rom-com." Dusk says.

message 163: by [deleted user] (new)

"Why were you guys running?" Ayela gives Dusk her book, "Here, this is a rom-com, read it and tell me what you think."

message 164: by [deleted user] (new)

"My parents were killed by vampire hunters." Ambrose says.

"I was being chased by vampire and werewolf hunters." Dusk says.

"Grandparents were trying to make be the perfect bride." Niume says.

message 165: by [deleted user] (new)

"oh wow," Ayela looks at each of them, shocked

message 166: by [deleted user] (new)

"Ambrose is telling the truth as we were childhood friends." Seth and Azazel both say.

message 167: by [deleted user] (new)

"I'm appalled that that happened to you guys." Ayela huffs and runs her hands through Mythra's fur, "I'm sorry that happened."

message 168: by [deleted user] (new)

"It's in the past now." Ambrose says.

Dusk is reading the rom-com.

message 169: by [deleted user] (new)

"Oh well, I'm still sorry that happened." Ayela shakes her head, "We should go do something together, something to lighten the mood."

message 170: by [deleted user] (new)

"We should." Ambrose says.

message 171: by [deleted user] (new)

"We could go to the.......park?" Ayela thinks about it

message 172: by [deleted user] (new)

"All of us?" Ambrose asks.

message 173: by [deleted user] (new)

"Why not? Or do some of y'all have other places to be?" Ayela stands and address the group.

message 174: by [deleted user] (new)

"Fencing is done for the day and everything else is done with for the day." Ambrose says.

"Drama is done for the day." Niume says.

"I have nothing better to do." Azazel says with Seth and Hesperia agreeing with Azazel.

Dusk is still reading the rom-com.

message 175: by [deleted user] (new)

"Exactly, so lets go to the park, unless y'all have a different idea?"

message 176: by [deleted user] (new)

"I don't." Niume says.

message 177: by [deleted user] (new)

Ayela jumps up and dramatically points to the exit of the library, "Then off to the park we go." she smiles and laughs.

message 178: by [deleted user] (new)

Everyone follows her besides Dusk who is reading

message 179: by [deleted user] (new)

"Dusk, you can come with us and read if you want." Ayela half turns back

message 180: by [deleted user] (new)

"Oh ok." Dusk says before getting up.

message 181: by [deleted user] (new)

Ayela smiles and links arms with Ambrose and Seth, "Now we go to the park." Ayela walks with them and they go to said park.

message 182: by [deleted user] (new)

Niume takes a picture of Ambrose and Seth.

message 183: by [deleted user] (new)

((move to the park?))
Ayela smiles

message 184: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yeah))

Ambrose glares at Niume.

Lucyda did not often grace the library with her presence. Mostly in that, she had no need to. What point was reading when she could simply look in the oh-so-interesting shenanigans of the academy. The problem, though, was that she'd just had to extract a student that had been shoved into the great library tree's roots by bullies. She'd been a bit removed for some years (well, centuries), but it seemed like it was par the course for there to be bullies. Some things never changed. Sighing, the goddess sank into a chair at the table not far from Fungo.

She knew most faces, if not all, that stepped onto the academy grounds, teachers included. Brow raised at the sight of him reading alone, she cocked her head to the side. "You, there." Loud enough for her voice to carry. "What are you reading?"

Oh, his answer was — dry. Did he not talk to people often? Was he one of those awkward types? Lucyda, only a little, grinned. Got up from her seat to cross over to the other. The stretch of her shadow was an easy thing to manipulate out of the way, so he might be otherwise unsuspecting when she snatched up the book to inspect it.

"What sort of art does this book show?" Her eyes narrowed as she flipped through the pages. Somewhat carelessly, but not so much that she might damage the book. "Is this all that interests you?" She shut the book, no regard for where he might have been. Not even her finger stuck between the pages.

"Does it look like I care about what's proper and what isn't?" A raise of her brow in question, challenge even. If he could speak up about a book, he could certainly speak up about this. Lucyda chuckled as he glared at her, unphased by such expressions; what could he do to her?

"I don't believe it's proper to refer to your superiors as darling." A quip easily at the tip of her tongue. A grin of all teeth on display as she tipped her head to the side. "Everything and nothing, darling, is what I'm interested in." A shrug before she tacked on: "Like what the cute little teachers and students are doing."

Yuri walked into the library, looking at the many bookshelves. Wow, it's huge! And so many books, too! she thought. She had come here a few times, but not in awhile. She searched for a table, and once she found one, sat down. "Over here, Jay" she said in low voice, not wanting to be lound and disruptive.

Jay had been distracted by a certain row of books before he managed to hear Yuri call him over in a quiet voice. He approached her, but didn’t sit. He never really liked the library chairs, and he didn’t want to pop a bean bag, so he decided to stand. That way he was super tall. The cervitaur looked at her. “Now what?” He asked, obliviously.

"Do you want to start with Japanese or Mandarin?" Yuri asked. She grabbed a notebook and a pencil, ready to start her lesson.

“Japanese!” He said with a bit too much eagerness. He grinned widely at her, restraining himself from being any louder. Though it was difficult because he was such an overboard chit-chatterer who literally never shut up.

Yuri smiled. "My native language! Okay, first off, just to let you know, if you didn't know, Japanese has three different writing systems. We'll start with the easiest one" she said.

Jay nodded. He never knew that, so it was new to him. He placed it in his ‘that’s interesting’ category, before leaning over to examine the paper with curiosity. “Okay.” He said, trying to contain his excitement.

Yuri began to write the Hiragana characters. One she finished, she wrote next to each character how to read and pronounce them. "This is Hiragana, the most common way to write Japanese" she said, showing Jay the paper.

Jay took in the information, repeating the letters under his breath on loop so he could memorize them. Once he thought he got them down for the most part, he gave her a thumbs up, beaming brightly. “Got it!”

Yuri smiled. "Do you know any Japanese words or phrases already?" she asked. "And you can practice writing them now, or you can wait later if you want" she said.

“I only know one sentence.” Jay said calmly, forcing down his giggles. “And that sentence is, あなたは生い茂ったシマリスです。”

((Oh my gosh Jay, I can't believe you called Yuri that! lol))

Yuri tried not to burst out laughing. " そうですか? So I'm a シマリス, am I?" she said.
