Maria crossed her arms. "Oh, I get it. It's like some sort of prank, right?" she said. "I'm not much of a pranker, but I have to admit that's pretty good."
Maria tilted her head. "Oh. I see. He must not really care what you do, then" she said. "So did you come here just to do that? Or are you here for a different reason?"
Maria watched as all of the books fell on him. She started to pick them up, stacking them into one pile and placing them on the table. "I know she said you don't have much of a reaction, but are you okay?" she asked.
"That's good. I just wanted to make sure" Maria said. She examined the books, looking at the covers. She slowly put them away on one of the various bookshelves the library had one by one in a neat and organized matter.
Maria's eyes widened at the sight of Blade's arm. "Your arm... what happened to it?" she asked. She looked over at Savannah, tilting her head. "Is that normal?"
"I see" Maria said. "You know, I usually don't like that kind of stuff, but that's actually pretty interesting that you can do that."
Maria nodded. "I figured you were since your arm came off" she said. "I'm a fairy as you can probably guess" she said, pointing at her wings.
"Cool" Maria said. She stared at Savannah's mask. "How come you're wearing that mask, though? So you can control drinking blood?"
"Oh. That makes sense" Maria said. "Do you drink blood often? Or do you drink other things to avoid drinking it. I don't know much about vampires, so I don't know if it's the same for every vampire."
"That's cool" Maria said. "I know vampires don't like sunlight. Can they get hurt by it? Or does it depend on the vampire?" she asked.
"I've heard that some vampires don't mind sunlight, while other are more sensitive to it" Maria said. She thought for a moment. "I wonder why that is?" She shrugged her shoulders.
Maria nodded. "That makes more sense, then" she said. She paused. "So, what brings you to the library? Planning to read? Or just hanging out?"
Maria gave a small smile. "Nice. For what class?" she asked. "I'm just here reading some books. And studing a little as well."
Maria chuckled. "All of them?" she asked. She sat down at the table were Savannah and Blade were, giving a smile. "If you want, I can help out, too."
"Great!" Maria said. She grabbed her bag, pulling out all of her books from her classes, placing them on the table. "So, what should we start with first?"
"Sounds good!" Maria said. She pulled out her English textbook from her pile of books, opening it. "So where should we start? Is there anything specific you want to go over?"
Maria nodded. "Alright, then. Maybe we should have write and we can go over it and see if he needs to correct anything like spelling or grammar. You can go ahead, Blade" she said.
Maria watched as Blade was writing. She noticed that his handwriting was not neat, but didn't say anything. She wasn't one to judge. She took out a piece a paper for herself, and began writing to compare it to Blade's handwriting.
Maria looked as Blade stopped writing. "Are you done?" she asked. She finished her writing, observing and taking note of her and Blade's handwriting, and compared them to each other as looked at both papers.
Maria smiled. "Don't worry. Just write whatever you want. It doesn't have to be anything specific. Keep going. But if you're done, that's fine, too" she said.
Maria watched as Blade continued writing, taking note of it. She put her pencil away in her bag quietly. She sat there in silence, her hands folded neatly on the table while she waited for Blade to finish writing.
Maria nodded. "That's fine. He can take as long as he needs to" she said. She decided to grab her book again from her bag and continue reading while her and Savannah waited for Blade to finish.
Maria continued reading her book, occasionally glancing over at Blade to see his writing. She was mostly focusing on her book though, and didn't pay much attention to her surroundings. She took a minute to look up from her book. "Just let us know when you're done" she said.
Maria smiled. "Alright, then. Let's see how did" she said. She put her book down on the table, carefully looking at Blade's paper. She had a little trouble reading his handwriting, but she could make out most of it. "Do you mind if I write a few notes on it?"
