2. Ask here any question you want to address the author of the book, that isn't covered by the other topics in this discussion.

Steven R. McEvoy (srmcevoy) | 149 comments As soon as I finished this I wondered about others set in the same world. Are their other stories?

I immediately thought of C.S. Lewis's Ransom being summoned to another plant again, or later fighting darkness at home.

And also of Quinn's My Ishmael or more so The Story of B where it is the disciple carrying the message. I want to know what happens with the message next. How does it spread, does in spread to this whole world? Or even beyond?

And I am curious about the miraculous healing? I fail to see how it fits?

Just now there are no further stories taking place in this world. I see you are asking for the "Acts of the Apostles" and the Epistles, right?

With the miraculous healing I suppose you mean the disappearance of the mark of Cain on Israel's forehead. It's intended to mean that original sin has been somehow cancelled by Christ's death and resurrection.

Fonch | 2430 comments Yesterday in Religión y Libertad i read a review of this topic. Tgat if the resurrection of Jesus Christ only would serve to our world and for all posible universes.

In fact, my book does not address this question. The Chronicles of Narnia don't address it either.

Fonch | 2430 comments Perelandra, not? Really the article was a critic about the existence of aliens. Religión en Libertad is very critic with the existence of aliens. About this topic about agnostic.

In my book La Vida En Otros Mundos ("Life in other worlds") I stated that, for me, the probability of intelligent life in other worlds is 50%. In other words, I don't know. :-)

But I have more stories (previously written) in the same line. My series called the Chronicles of the Magical Jigsaw Puzzle (five books). They also describe how redemption could have happened in another world. And there are even common characters with the History of the Earth-9 Colony. :-)

Fonch | 2430 comments Concern about Alien existence we Will have to follow waiting 😉.

Fonch | 2430 comments I have started and i have a question. Although we have decided that we are agnostic about the existence of aliens. I would like to ask the Professor Why his aliens have the shape of snakes, or reptiles? in other novels his aliens other figure?

I have just two novels with aliens. Both have been read in the club. In this novel, the aliens had to be snake-like for several reasons:

a) So that Adam could say in chapter 1: we even have the snake.
b) So that Israel could show the serpentine to the colony wardens in the same way as Moses did with the Pharaoh.
c) So that serpentines could be used as a symbol during the Exodus.

The aliens in my other novel (Under an Orange Sky) were not reptilians, they looked like large sausages or hairy worms.

Fonch | 2430 comments They were very close the worms and the sanakes :-). what was the inspiration of the aliens of Under an orange sky? I know it, but it can be that the rest of the group can be interested in this question.

You mean that there was a precedent of aliens in the form of hairy worms in the novel Legacy by James H. Schmitz, which I read first in the nineteen sixties.

Fonch | 2430 comments Yes this thing i wanted to read. It was an good annecdote and i wanted the members of the group knowed it.
