Hello, books must have a storyline or universe or characters in common to be a series. "Universe" means the setting. Some of the characters could encounter each other, or, some of the characters are the same in each book. A shared theme is not a series by Goodreads definition. Can you please tell us how this series meets the definition of a series by Goodreads standards?

Hi! Oh, yes of course. This book is the first book in a series of five books. The title of book 1 is the same as the series title, which is probably what is causing the confusion. But the characters and storyline from this book will continue in four more books after this one. I'm sorry for not making that clear from the beginning!
