Conversely, what was it about Cosmo that attracted Jane, beyond his physique? How well suited are these two for each other:

As someone who hides her true nature, it is difficult for Jane to really connect with men. Her ability to open up to Cosmo and reveal her real self makes him significantly appealing to her.

I think they are great together. On the one hand, they are opposites, but on the other, they are very much alike.

With Cosmo the saying "still waters run deep" is true. He fascinated her. She thought she had him figured out, but not by a long shot.

Cosmo took everything she threw at him until Jane finally took notice. She saw how thoughtful, respectful and insightful he was and appreciated him not needing to fill space. Who wouldn’t fall for that?

Also, Jane saw that as angry as Cosmo was with her, he was still ready to take a bullet to protect her. She didn't expect that. Even her parents did care enough about her to put her before anything else in their lives. Cosmos' actions made her take a closer look to see the person under the hot body.
