Leia Barko | 9 comments Hi everyone, I'm Leia Barko and Ruffian is my recently published YA dystopian book. Here is the synopsis:
Astra Hal is a Ruffian, a member of a secret organization created by the artificial intelligence Sigma, designed to be humanity’s last hope in case all else fails.
Hendric Sanjor is the son of a representative in the United Republic of Global Welfare, the ruling body of the world.
When a virus of unknown origins starts spreading across the planet and Hendric’s family is accused of starting it to gain political advantage, Astra is sent to investigate the issue. When it becomes clear that the accusation is false, the two form an uneasy alliance to hunt down the real perpetrator behind the pandemic. But the puzzles, criminals, and politics they weave through can in no way prepare them for the dark secrets they are about to uncover.

Scott Sargent I almost thought about this. But you posted the same message like twenty times. Join the community, engage, get to readers, and THEN mention your book. This is a place to discuss and share thoughts. Not a place to cram your book down people's throats.

Actually just twice. And I have been active in this community before posting information about my book which is fyi how self-publishing authors get discovered - almost all blogs and websites detailing how to be a successful self-published author mention posting as much as you can on goodreads because readers are INTERESTED in reading new and intriguing books. Please don't contact me with hostile statements again.
